1999
Foundation
Carross' Center was born as an extension of Carrosserie Richard, whose origins date back to 1999. Since its creation in 2005, initially located in the historic town of Blaton, Carross' Center has specialized in bus and coach repairs, focusing primarily on painting and repairing serious accident damage.
2000
EXPANDED OFFERING
Carross' Center's offering quickly expanded to include additional services such as mechanics, diagnostics and trailer manufacturing as an approved manufacturer.
2018
AUTHORIZED SERVICE PARTNER
In 2018, Carross' Center became an authorized service partner for Omniplus, and later for Iveco and Vanhool.
2020
A NEW LOCATION
The year 2020 was a major turning point for Carross' Center. Due to its growth, the Blaton location had become too small, and the construction of a new, modern location was undertaken in the "Rivièrette" industrial zone in Saint-Ghislain. With an area of 25,000 m² (twice the size of Blaton) and excellent visibility from the E19-E42 freeway between Brussels and Paris, it was the perfect new base.
2021
MOVING
In 2021, Carross' Center officially moved to its new state-of-the-art location in Saint-Gislain, comprising a 4500 m² working and office area, a spare parts store and a showroom. The building boasts 26 doors and 28 work areas, including 2 high-quality paint booths, 2 unique XXL areas with brake benches for maintenance, a test bench for tachograph calibration, a new accident area and an in-house car wash.
2022
FIGURES
In 2022, all the hard work paid off and Carross' Center achieved sales of €12,000,000, with 100 paint jobs completed, 5,000 liters of paint / lacquer used and 2,000 interventions carried out.
2024
New building
With a constant focus on growth, Carross' Center aims to continually improve the quality of its services to meet the requirements and needs of its current and future customers. An important step in this ambition is the new building currently under construction. This will serve not only as a showroom for the Sales' Center, but also as a dedicated area for hybrid and electric vehicles, as well as a specialized car wash for trucks and buses. Opening is scheduled for April 2024.
